We offer post-install support on a per-project basis. Ongoing monitoring and portfolio-scale IT management aren't part of our practice — we specialize in integration design and installation. For that level of managed services, we can point you at partners we trust.

Manufacturer warranties on hardware (typically 2–5 years; cabling 15–25 years). Our installation work carries a workmanship warranty on top of that. Specifics in your written estimate.
