Most projects combine three or more of these.
We're headquartered in Maryville, Illinois, and serve the St. Louis metro on both sides of the river: Madison, St. Clair and Monroe counties in the Metro East, plus St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County in Missouri. Larger projects beyond the metro are taken on by arrangement.

Yes, when the existing system is worth keeping. After a one-time on-site assessment, we quote a support scope for it: targeted fixes, upgrades, or full integration into a new platform.
Every project starts with a free on-site walk-through. We then send a line-item design with three options (Good / Better / Best) that is yours to keep. Cost depends mostly on door and unit count, the number of entries, existing wiring, retrofit versus new build, platform subscription fees and how much integration is involved. Once you choose one of the three options, any change in scope or cost is approved by you in writing before we do the work. We respond within 24 hours.
