Ongoing support

Service agreements for the systems we install.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, remote troubleshooting and on-call service with an agreed response time. One team that already knows your building.

What's included

What a service agreement covers

For systems we install: access control, intercoms, cameras, networks, cabling, smart-apartment platforms, building automation and AV.

01

Scheduled maintenance visits

On-site checks on a set schedule: door hardware, readers, intercoms, cameras, network closets and connections.

02

Firmware & software updates

We keep controllers, cameras, intercoms and network gear on current, supported firmware.

03

Remote troubleshooting

With your permission, we diagnose many issues remotely through the platform dashboards.

04

On-call service

When something needs a technician on site, you call us, not five different vendors.

05

An agreed response time

Written into the agreement, so you know when to expect us.

06

Documentation kept current

As-built drawings, device lists, credentials and settings updated when anything changes.

Who it's for

Owners and managers who want one call for building systems

Property managers & owners

Multifamily and commercial buildings where access, intercom and cameras have to work every day for residents and tenants.

Facilities teams

Schools, municipal buildings and offices that want scheduled upkeep and one accountable contact for low-voltage systems.

Portfolios

Multi-building operators who want the same maintenance standard and documentation across properties.

How pricing works

Priced to your system size

No tiers and no one-size package. We price the agreement to what you have and the response you need.

01

We look at what’s installed

Number of doors, cameras, access points, intercoms, rooms and sites, plus the platforms they run on.

02

We agree on the service level

How often we visit, which updates we handle, and the response time you need.

03

You get a written quote

Line-item and in writing before anything is signed. Any change in scope or cost is approved by you in writing before we do the work.

What it is not

Clear about the limits

Not an IT managed-services contract

We support the building systems we install. We don’t manage your computers, email, servers or help desk.

No 24/7 monitoring center

We don’t staff a round-the-clock monitoring center. Response times are agreed in writing in your agreement.

Not for systems we didn’t install

We cover what we install. Another company’s system? We can assess it during a walk-through first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Service agreements cover systems we install. If another company installed your system, we can assess it during a walk-through and talk through upgrading or replacing it, after which it can be covered.

It's priced to your system size: the number of doors, cameras, access points, intercoms and rooms we support, and the response time you need. You get a written quote before anything is signed.

No. We don't run a 24/7 monitoring center, and we are not an IT managed-services company. A service agreement is ongoing support for the building systems we install, with an agreed response time.

No. Our one-year workmanship warranty covers our installation either way, and current customers can always request service. An agreement adds scheduled maintenance, updates and an agreed response time.
