For either platform, the hardware install is typically a few days per entry, plus resident setup. Comelit retrofits depend on the condition of the existing wiring, and timelines can extend if infrastructure needs significant updates. The timeline is in your written design.
Both platforms support this. ButterflyMX has resident PIN entry and physical key fobs as fallback. Comelit's in-unit stations handle residents without smartphones natively.
